Terms of sale

Seller
Licences for the Bootstrap UI for TinyMCE plugin are sold and granted by Ing. Lukáš Oreška, Za Kinem 1052, 289 12 Sadská, Czech Republic, Company ID 74962116, VAT ID CZ8602233343 (identified person for VAT), email dev@coolsoft.cz (“the author”).
Reseller and payment
Orders, payment, invoicing and sales tax are handled by Polar as the reseller (Merchant of Record). Its terms, shown at checkout, also apply to the payment itself. The licence for the plugin is between you and the author.
Direct purchase in the Czech Republic
Buyers from the Czech Republic can also buy a licence directly from the author by invoice for 1 190 Kč. The author is not a VAT payer, so no VAT is charged. Payment is by bank transfer; the author sends the package (ZIP) and later 1.x versions by email once the payment arrives. In that case the author is the seller; the rest of these terms applies equally and any refund is made by the author.
Product and licence
You buy a software licence, not physical goods. One licence covers one project (one website or application, including its staging and development copies); every additional project needs another licence. The full terms of use are in the LICENSE file in the package and in the Licence chapter.
Price
The licence costs $49 excluding VAT, one-time; in countries using the euro, pound, Czech koruna or złoty in local currency (€45, £39, 1 190 Kč, 189 zł). The checkout picks the currency from the buyer's country. VAT or other sales tax for the buyer's country is added on top; the final price is shown at checkout before you pay. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID do not pay VAT (reverse charge).
Delivery and updates
After payment you receive an email with a link to your order page, where you download the package (ZIP) and later every new 1.x version. Updates within the purchased major version (1.x) are free.
Support
The author fixes bugs reported to dev@coolsoft.cz in a free update. A bug means the plugin does not work as documented. Installation into your project, configuration of your CMS or build, general TinyMCE or Bootstrap questions and custom changes are not included.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase we refund the price if the plugin does not work as documented in a supported setup (TinyMCE 6, 7 or 8 with Bootstrap 5.3 or 4.6, current browsers) and we cannot fix the bug. Incompatibility with other versions or with your own code is not a reason for a refund. Please try the live demo before buying. Send the request to dev@coolsoft.cz with your order number; Polar returns the money to the original payment method. A refund ends the licence.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that mandatory law of your country grants to consumers. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the Czech Republic is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
Personal data
The data needed for the order is processed by Polar. The author receives the buyer's name, email and country, the order number and the licence key, and uses them only to keep track of licences and for support. More in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
